Here comes the Bride
I can't believe my little brother is getting married. Aren't you like 10 still? We are so excited for you guys! We love Sabra and can't wait for her to be a part of our family.

We had a party for Dustin and Brinley on his Birtday since not everyone went camping with us.

I married a super star
Dustin had his last game on June7th. I like going to his games, but it's nice to finally have my husband all to myself. They were behind most of the game and thanks to Dustin bringing the game back it ended up being a really good game. The Bulldawgs were the worst sports ever. Even when they were ahead by 28 they were starting fights and throwing some cheep shots. Thanks Dustin for giving us something to cheer about. Here is the article from the Harald Journal:

RICHMOND — Pride.It appeared that’s all Logan was playing for after falling behind Magic Valley 28-0 with 14 seconds remaining in the third quarter.Fortunately for fans of the Stampede, their squad wasn’t about to go down without a fight.Unfortunately for Logan, its courageous fourth-quarter comeback wasn’t quite enough as the Stampede fell to the Bulldawgs 28-22 in what turned out to be a must-win game for both teams Saturday at North Cache.
With the victory, Magic Valley (5-3) advanced to the playoffs of the AA division of the Rocky Mountain Football League, while Logan (4-4) saws its inaugural season come to an end.“Our coaches kept keeping us on the right track, letting us know that we could still do it,” Logan linebacker KC Winslow said. “... Give the credit to the coaches and the players for stepping up in the fourth and not giving up.”To the Stampede’s credit, they could have easily folded. After all, they lost starting quarterback Andy Bennett in the first quarter, came up empty on three trips inside Magic Valley territory in the opening half and dug themselves a four-touchdown deficit.Logan didn’t, though, thanks to the fourth-quarter play of its defense, a big special team’s play by Dustin Cazier and a gutsy performance by Brandon Carlisle.“Really, all and all, (despite) not making the playoffs, it was still a great season,” Stampede lineman Travis Davis said. “It showed what guys who may not be the most talented, but have big hearts can do. I wish we could have played the entire season like we played that fourth quarter.”After only completing one pass in the first three quarters, the Stampede finally had some success through the air in the fourth. Steven MacLeod made a nice 33-yard reception on a pass from Carlisle, and Logan capitalized one play later on a 2-yard TD run by Carlisle.Meanwhile, the Stampede defense held the Bulldawgs to four three-and-out possessions in the final period, giving Carlisle and the offense a chance to stay within striking distance. Carlisle (27 carries, 95 yards) found the end zone for the second time on a 5-yard jaunt, trimming the deficit to 28-14 with only 1:13 remaining in the game.Cazier kept Logan’s momentum going on the ensuing kickoff, falling on a pooch kick by Cam Carter at the Magic Valley 43-yard line. One play later, Carlisle hooked up with Brian Phillips in stride behind the Bulldawg secondary and Carlisle found paydirt on the two-point conversion, and all of a sudden the Stampede only trailed by six.The Bulldawgs certainly didn’t help their own cause in the fourth quarter, letting emotions get the best of them on several occasions. Magic Valley had four personal foul penalties in the second half alone and defensive back Terrence Johnson was ejected on one of them.Bennett was hurt on another Magic Valley personal foul, injuring his right wrist when the Bulldawgs took him down well out of bounds.“I think it got a lot of our guys fired up when they started throwing cheap shots at us,” Winslow said.Following Phillips’ TD, the Stampede defense held their ground, giving the hosts the ball back with 23 ticks on the clock. However, four consecutive incompletions ensured the comeback wouldn’t be completed.In all actuality, Logan lost this one before halftime. For starters, the Stampede advanced the ball inside the Magic Valley 10 midway through the first quarter, only to come away empty-handed.“That would have been a huge momentum boost for our team,” Winslow said. “... That touchdown would have been big.”Logan’s defense played well in the opening half, except for the Bulldawgs’ last possession of the second quarter. Magic Valley only had 38 seconds to march the ball 85 yards, but the visitors did exactly that.Brad Cook snared a 25-yard TD pass from Jared Burks with one second remaining in the half, giving the Bulldawgs a 14-0 advantage at the break. Magic Valley only had to go 16 yards for its first touchdown, thanks to a big kickoff return by Chris Floyd.“Like I said, it’s just a young team and a lack of confidence,” Davis said. “I really think people will have to look out for us next year.”Dave Curtis finished with a team-best five tackles, while Ben Buttars and Carlisle combined for nine-and-a-half for the Stampede, who made it a point to thank their fans, spouses, family members and sponsors for their success this season.

4 Years
I had so much fun with my husband on our anniversary. We try to go out every week, but Brinley usually comes on our dates with us. The twins watched Brinley so we took the scooter on our date.
Love is in the air
My Grandparents had their 60th wedding anniversary so we had a party for them. They are so cute! Dustin couldn't be there because he had a football game.I'm with the band
My family from Alaska came to visit. Since my dad and his brothers are amazing guitar players they had a concert in my parents basement.

Update
Brinley had her 12 month checkup today. She is 28 inches long and weighs 18 pounds. She meets all of the requirements for a new car seat other than the weight requirement. So, I guess we don't have to buy that $300 car seat after all, at least not yet. The doctor says she could stand to gain some weight, but he isn't worried. Yay, no calorie enhancers for her. Her weight is progressing, but I have to say that I am surprised that she doesn't weigh more because she eats more than Dustin and I put together. Ok, not that much, but she eats and eats and eats. No one believes me until they actually see how much she eats, but trust me it's a ton! The poor girl had her finger poked and 4 shots all in one day. She's such a trooper.

Brinley had a birthday on June 15th. I can’t believe my little baby is a year old. Seriously, I can’t believe it. Didn’t that year just fly by? People used to ask me how old she was and I would say so many days and then it was weeks and for a while it’s been months, but now a year. It’s so weird for me to say, “she’s one”. I have to say that I miss having a newborn, I miss 5 pound Brinley. I miss her newborn laugh and I miss the fuzz on her ears that was longer than the hair on her head. I miss those scrawny little legs that had little rolls of skin on them. I miss waking up every two hours to feed her and I miss not sleeping at all. I miss encouraging her to crawl and I miss hearing her first word. I miss her noisy little yawn and I miss how her eyes used to be bigger than her body. I miss holding her in an weird upside-down position because that is what she liked. I miss being able to spend 24 hours a day with her.
Although I miss all of those things, she has never been so much fun! Brinley makes my day every single day of my life. She has the cutest personality! She is constantly learning something new. I just want to follow her around with the video camera so I don’t miss anything. She is ALWAYS making us laugh. She loves to sing, dance, wave and give kisses. She can say: E-I-E-I-O, Thank You, Binky, Hi, Mom, Dad, No-No-No, and a bunch of jibber jabber that I can’t quite make sense of . Being her mom is the greatest blessing in my life and I am so thankful for this past year and all that I have learned from her.

Montana
The Montana trip was...LONG. I was the only girl in a car with 5 guys. They played near Canada. Actually, it was so close to Canada that they sang the Canadian National Anthem at their game. The Stampede didn't play their best game, but it was a much needed vacation for Dustin and I and it was just fun to spend a few days together.I don't know how you guys do it
Seriously, I don't know how you guys can go without seeing THIS little girl every single day of your lives. I missed her like crazy and when I got home I had to wake her up. She looked like she had grown and changed so much in that week. Then I woke her up early the next day so we could play. So, next time you need your daily dose of Brinley come on over because I completely understand. It was so fun to spend time with her when I got home, but it only lasted for a day because Dustin and I were off to Montana for a football game.Good Bye New York

Did you see me on TV? We went to a live taping of Live with Regis and Kelly. They would come talk to us during the commercials. Kelly is really nice, but all I can say is TV is FAKE! Even when it is shot live. It's also funny how these billionaires are so money hungry. During the show they play the game where the caller answers a question from the show the day before and they can win a trip. Regis accidentally gave the answer to the caller and Gelman wouldn't give her the trip. Seriously Gelman, how much money will it take to make you happy?
