These pictures are kind of old, but seeing them made me laugh.  Brinley loves dress ups!  They are pretty much her favorite thing in the world.  So, often times when she gets in trouble she gets her dress ups taken away as a punishment.  This was one of those days, but Brinley came out looking like this...

I asked her what she was doing and her reply was, "being fancy"  apparently if you want to dress up, but got your dress ups taken away, you just throw on a leotard, pull one arm out of the sleeve, put a skirt over top, throw your hair up in a messy bun, add some plastic bling and wallah, you can still be fancy when you're in trouble.

Life is for living

It seems like life just keeps happening and I'm sad that I don't do a better job at documenting it because I love having this to look back on.   The girls keep us busy and just life keeps us busy, but we also spend a lot of time just "living" and doing things we love.  Lets see... Dustin has taken Brinley snowmobiling a few times and he was pretty disappointed in our so called winter this year... I went show shoeing with my friends at Gold's, it was a lot of fun... Linds went through the temple so we all went to dinner to celebrate with her...

 I realize that most parents don't stay up late at night discussing how to build the ultimate fort and most parents don't write, "build gigantic fort" on the calendar.  We aren't most parents.  We had such a fun family night earlier this month.

Our fort was cool.  We even ate dinner and watched a movie in it.  My only issue was that both Brinley and Dustin wanted to keep it up for days. 

My parents took us all to dinner to celebrate their wedding anniversary.  So nice of them and when we all get together it's quite the group.

Sunday Best

A while ago I was at my Mom's house and we came across a box of my old baby clothes. She sent a few home with me, so I decided to put one of my old dresses on London for church today. 

 Brinley felt left out and wanted to wear some of my old baby clothes too, so we came up with this ensemble.  This little apron went with one of my baby dresses.  She obviously couldn't wear the dress so we put it over one of her dresses.  Yes, she actually wore my baby clothes to church. 

I do not like pears

Lunnie tried pears today.  She was not a fan!

 Don't worry, Brinley won't let them go to waste.
